On Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 7:30pm SSVFD company 40 units were alerted to a first due house fire at the 17300 block of Macduff Avenue. Company 40 units arrived on scene to find a 2 story single family home with fire showing from the second floor and attached garage. A RID and two task forces were called to assist.
