The officers and members of the Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department would like to congratulate David Werking, Dillon Scholl, Jocelyn Martin, and Isabella Gallis on graduating from the Fall 2017 Volunteer Basic Orientation Course 17-3 (VBOC). VBOC is a fourteen week course sponsored by the Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Rescue Association (MCVFRA), which trains new members on the basics of the fire service.
